The Summer School will take place on the 4th-11th of August in Nida, Lithuania.

The Faculty of History of Vilnius University is delighted to announce an Open Call for participants to the 3rd Cultural Heritage Summer School in the Nida Art Colony. It is an annual one-week high-quality capacity building event focusing on cultural heritage issues. The topic of the Summer School this year is the Historic Urban Landscape (HUL).

Lectures, seminars, and workshops will be given by keynote speakers:

Mr. Dennis Rodwell (UK)

Ms. Alessandra Capuano (ITALY)

Ms. Yonka Erkan (TURKEY)

Mr. Michael Turner (ISRAEL)

Summer School will take place in the Curonian Spit – Nida (UNESCO World Heritage Site).

Target group: students, young and experienced professionals in architecture, urban planning, cultural heritage, history, and related disciplines from Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Poland. Organizers will provide accommodation, breakfast, and lunch for selected participants. Participants are responsible for their round-trip travel costs to and from Nida. Course fee: 100 Eur. Language: English.
